The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus, the premier non-profit mobile recording studio and HD production facility, is kicking-off its 15th year of bringing music education to students nationwide with a special anniversary celebration at the 2012 NAMM Show that will be streamed LIVE on www.lennonbus.org<http://www.lennonbus.org>. Hosted by Principal Sponsor, Avid, along with Neutrik USA, DR Strings, Fishman, Ampeg and Mix magazine, the event will feature a performance by music legend Bootsy Collins joined by an array of special guests including Earth, Wind & Fire bassist Verdine White and fellow band mate from the Parliament-Funkadelic and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Bernie Worrell.

Bootsy Collins has a rich history of supporting music and arts education through his own Bootsy Collins Foundation, and teamed up with the Lennon Bus in 2011 to produce an original song and music video with students from Austin, TX. This will be the inaugural livestream event for the John Lennon Tour Bus, thanks to cutting edge technology from NewTek and TodoCast.
