Maroon 5 has premiered the highly anticipated official music video for their latest single "Sugar," exclusively via Vevo, the world's leading all-premium music video and entertainment platform. The video for "Sugar" is also set to make its TV debut on VH1's 'TOP 20 COUNTDOWN' this Saturday at 9am/8am central, and will re-run on Sunday, 8am/7am central. The music video follows the band as they surprise several newlyweds, crashing their nuptials and putting on an impromptu performance. David Dobkin, the director of Wedding Crashers, revisited the concept for the video and creatively led the band. "Sugar" is the band's third single off their fifth studio album, V.

Adam says of crashing several weddings, "It was an out of body experience. I had no idea I would be affected by the overwhelming reactions we received from the couples and guests. Being able to create an unforgettable experience for several people was the highlight of it all. "

Director David Dobkin added "It was one of the great experiences of my career making the "Sugar" video with Adam and the boys. Literally lightning in a bottle. Adam and I are old friends and have been talking about doing something together for over a decade. It was well worth the wait. Plus, it's very meaningful because the band was in New York ten years ago and attended the original "Wedding Crashers" premiere. They were a part of a very special moment for me."
