POPPED! Music Festival 2011 is excited to announce new additions to their already amazing line-up, which features headliners The Shins, Girl Talk and Pretty Lights. Scheduled to invade Philadelphia's FDR Park on Friday, September 23 and Saturday, September 24, the newly confirmed include DJ ?uestlove, Yuck, Tennis, Joy Formidable, Miniature Tigers, & Dead Confederate. The 2-day outdoor destination festival will showcase intriguing and diverse artists on three stages of live music as well as DJ’s, and stand-up comedy. In addition, POPPED! Is excited to announce that SINGLE DAY tickets are on sale Friday, July 8th at 10 AM. Full line up and details below.
POPPED! Music Festival is transforming a city already known for its culture into a coveted live music destination, as well as a celebration of Philly's local and sustainable epicurean options. The festival will feature a unique Food Bazaar curated by celebrated Philadelphia chefs, CityPaper's Mealticket, The Food Trust, and Philly Homegrown, along with local and sustainable food options from the area's restaurants, gourmet food trucks, and markets.  POPPED! Music Festival also aims to bring awareness to Philadelphia’s green efforts through recycling programs, local fair, partnerships with local businesses, and strongly encouraging the use of public transportation.
