The dynamic and enigmatic Manchester, England 4-piece, WU LYF recently wrapped up their first North American tour, leaving U.S. audiences chanting for more.  They are now pleased to announce their return in April 2012, tour dates are below.

Released in September, Go Tell Fire To The Mountain , WU LYF’s urgent and impressive debut album continues to gain momentum. Recorded in a disused Manchester church and produced by the band themselves, Go Tell Fire To The Mountain was released globally on the band’s own 100% independent L Y F Recordings to widespread acclaim. UK music bible Q Magazine named them the “#1 Most Exciting Act In The World” and Pitchfork tagged with a coveted ‘Best New Music'. With a #1 Most Added at CMJ and widespread specialty radio support in the US the band also beat out fierce competition recently to take home the UK's prestigious Q Award for “Best New Act”.

The band recently stopped at Seattle’s famed KEXP to record a session.
