Music & Conversation with Mercury Records artists Parachute and
producer John Fields
May 18th @ The GRAMMY Museum - 11am PST
Who: PARACHUTE, whose single "Something To Believe In" is currently Top
20 at Hot AC!
What: In Los Angeles to perform on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,
Parachute will offer a unique look into the making of their album during
"Backstage Pass" just one day after the release of their sophomore album
The Way It Was (Mercury Records). Children from local schools will
attend the conversation between Parachute and the album's producer John
Fields (Goo Goo Dolls, P!nk, Switchfoot), moderated by Red Light
Management executive Bruce Flohr. Along with a peak behind the music,
Parachute will intertwine select acoustic songs from The Way It Was
throughout the hour-long event.

About Parachute:
Charlottesville five-piece Parachute will release their sophomore album
The Way It Was on May 17th and perform their new Top 20 Hot AC radio hit
"Something To Believe In" on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on May 19th.
The band will be headlining June U.S. tour dates before hitting the road
in July for a North American summer tour with the Goo Goo Dolls and
Michelle Branch. The Way It Was is the follow-up to the band's 2009
