<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Matt Nathanson</b> is taking over televisions this week with three performances. Matt will be making his debut on
<b><i>The Tonight Show with Jay Leno</i></b> <b>Tonight,</b> <b>August 1<sup>st</sup></b> and
<b><i>Lopez Tonight</i></b> on <b>Wednesday, August 3<sup>rd</sup></b>. On the morning of
<b>Friday,</b> <b>August 5<sup>th</sup></b> Matt will also perform on <b><i>Fox & Friends
</i></b>as part of their All-American Summer Concert Series. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This week of appearances comes shortly after the announcement of Matt’s
<b>“All Night Noise”</b> Fall headlining tour, set to kick off on <b>September 25<sup>th</sup></b> in New Orleans. The run of headlining dates follows Matt’s upcoming tour with
<b>Maroon 5</b> and <b>Train</b>, with dates starting August 27<sup>th</sup> in Erie, PA.

<p class="MsoNormal">Matt’s latest album, <b><i>Modern Love</i></b>, was released in June and debuted at<u> #17 on the Billboard album chart</u>, his highest placement to date. His first single
<b>“Faster”</b> has spent the summer climbing the radio charts, and is currently #17 at Hot AC, # 48 at Top 40 and in the Top 5 at Triple A.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><i>Modern Love</i></b> comes on the heels of 2007’s break-out success
<b><i>Some Mad Hope,</i></b> which catapulted the San Francisco-based Nathanson from darling of the touring circuit with a devoted cult following to a bonafide hit maker and one of the premiere songwriters on the music scene today. Known for his legendary live
shows that are both wildly funny and emotionally provocative, Nathanson took a year off the road to record
<b><i>Modern Love</i></b> – the first break he has taken from touring in his 15 year career. The success of
<b><i>Some Mad Hope</i></b> and “<b>Come On Get Higher” </b>gave Nathanson a sense of accomplishment and confidence that allowed him to take a new approach to
