South London’s Fat White Family are releasing their new single “I Am Mark E Smith” in the UK on Monday, October 27th via their new label Without Consent. The band’s debut Champagne Holocaust was released in the US last month via Fat Possum.  PRESS HERE<http://www.fatpossum.com/products/champagne-holocaust> to order the album.  The UK will re-release the album on Monday, September 15th. The album will include a bonus 10-track CD featuring un-released / live tracks and new inner-spread artwork featuring 17 drawings by Saul from the band of famous serial killers which are featuring in a forthcoming exhibition alongside work by legendary 60’s cartoonist R. Crumb.

The six-piece surprised audiences in Austin at SXSW and in New York City with their wildly energetic live shows. Formed in the back of a South London pub, Fat White Family have been described as “Britain’s most depraved, volatile, and unpredictable band” and “genuinely, thrillingly, disturbing” by the UK music critics and were recently awarded NME’s Radar Award for best new band.
