BANKS is thrilled to announce she will be making her U.S. television debut next week - Thursday, August 7th - on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. The LA-based singer will appear on the show’s famous outdoor stage to perform her recently released single “Beggin For Thread” from her highly anticipated LP, GODDESS (out September 9th on Harvest Records). The video was directed by Barnaby Roper who beautifully shot in a film noir fashion, capturing BANKS surrounded by dancers painted in red. “Beggin For Thread” broke into the Top Ten for iTunes’ Overall Singles Sales Chart the day it was released.

BANKS explains the meaning behind the new track saying," ‘Beggin For Thread’ is about embracing your scratched edges. At times I feel crazy, but I wrote this song because sometimes I like that feeling.”
