Moon Taxi and The Revivalists will be heading out on the road together this Spring to co-headline eight shows beginning April 4th, 2014 in Auburn, AL. The tour run will include dates at the World Café Live in Philadelphia and two back-to-back shows at the Brooklyn Bowl in New York City before wrapping up at the legendary 9:30 Club in Washington (D.C.) on April 19, 2014. "These shows will have everything," explains Moon Taxi's lead singer Trevor Terndrup. "Musicianship, showmanship and partial nudity. I'm proud and humbled to share the stage with another exciting band from the south."
"Ever since we started touring around the southeast people kept telling us they wanted to see us play with a band called Moon Taxi," says Andrew Campanelli, drummer for The Revivalists.  "After getting to know them and their awesome music, we're psyched to finally be able to bring people what they have been asking for."
This tour announcement comes on the heels of Moon Taxi's recent success of their third album Mountain Beaches Cities (out now via BMG).
