In other news, today the band premiered their latest acoustic video for their song "River Water" from their most recent album, Mountains Beaches Cities, on CMT Pure and CMT.com. The video was beautifully shot next to the Cumberland River in Nashville by Make It Pop Creations and features the Nashville Academy of Rock.

Just in time for the holiday shopping season, Moon Taxi's current LP, Mountains Beaches Cities, will be on sale this Black Friday (November 29th, 2013) for $3.99 via iTunes. In addition, the band's previous LP, Cabaret, will be available for the first time ever on vinyl exclusively at Nashville's renowned record store, Grimey's on Black Friday (November 29th, 2013); then beginning on Cyber Monday (December 2nd, 2013) the band will sell the Cabaret vinyl on Moon Taxi's online store - http://moontaxi.colortestmerch.com/. Cabaret is Moon Taxi's raved about sophomore album that was released in 2012 and propelled them to land their debut festival performances at Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza as an unsigned act.

After an incredible performance earlier this month on the Late Show with David Letterman, Moon Taxi announced that they will be releasing an acoustic 6-song digital EP on December 17th entitled Acoustic on West 56th, which was recorded in New York City earlier this Summer. All songs on the EP are stunning acoustic versions of tracks from the band's third, acclaimed album Mountains Beaches Cities, which was released on September 10th, 2013.
