Taddy Porter Announces Summer Tour Dates

Oklahoma rock outfit Taddy Porter has announced summer tour dates in support of their acclaimed new album Stay Golden (Primary Wave Music). The tour kicks off June 27th in New York City and will hit Washington, DC, Annapolis, MD, and Philadelphia, PA before heading home for performances in Oklahoma City, OK, and Tulsa, OK. The band has been doing what they can to support their home state in the Moore hurricane recovery effort, recently playing several benefit concerts including the Music4Moore show alongside Wanda Jackson, JD McPherson and Graham Colton.

Co-produced by Dave Cobb (Chris Cornell, Shooter Jennings) and Mark Neill(The Black Keys, Dan Auerbach), Stay Golden finds Taddy Porter re-energized and cracking open the heart of the band like never before, flooding these 11 lo-fi songs with elements of raw rock, warm Motown soul, Southern blues and psychedelic pop to create their most expansive sound to date. Filter called the album "imaginative...everything Taddy Porter touches turns to gold..." and Music Connection hailed frontman Andy Brewer's vocal style as "every bit as unique as luminaries like Johnny Rivers and Alex Chilton."
