Canadian art-pop quintet Mother Mother is pleased to announce they will be hitting the road this March with Awolnation. Their newest album, The Sticks, will be available in the U.S. on February 12, 2013 via esteemed international label Last Gang Records (Metric, Emily Haines, Crystal Castles, Purity Ring).

Mother Mother is already a beloved Canadian act, with top 20 alternative radio singles, Juno nominations, and sold out shows across their homeland. But it is with The Sticks that Canada's best kept secret is poised for international success. Recorded during the winter of 2012 in Mother Mother's hometown of Vancouver, The Sticks was co-produced by the group's own frontman/principle songwriter Ryan Guldemond and producer/engineer Ben Kaplan (Shakira, Mudvayne, Gallows). Featuring the multi-talented line up of Guldemond (vocals/guitar), Molly Guldemond (vocals/synth), Jasmin Parkin (vocals/keys), Jeremy Page (bass/horns) and Ali Siadat (percussion/electronics), the album upholds Mother Mother's tri-harmony vocal arrangements and dynamic instrumentation, while making for the group's most eclectic and richest album to date.
