New York, NY - (Tuesday, July 31, 2012) - Grammy award-winning violinist and producer Miri Ben-Ari premieres the video for her new single "Dim The Lights" exclusively on YouTube today. The video, which was directed by Eyal B and Ben-Ari, was shot in her native Israel and features a concept written by Ben-Ari herself.

Throughout the video, Ben-Ari uses the phrase "Dim The Lights" like a magical charm to eliminate the awkward and funny situations she finds herself in. "I like to use my music and art to make people happy!" says Ben-Ari.

Director Eyal B is delivering "Dim The Lights" with a brand new revolutionary 3-D video plug-in called "Element," which introduces for the first time 3-D objects in the post-production process. Ben-Ari's "Dim The Lights" is the first music video to ever use this technology.

"People often cannot believe that I produce my own music and so I wanted this video to capture my production skills and create a few "Miris" that are playing all instruments and looking fabulous," says Ben-Ari. Her wardrobe in "Dim The Lights" is super glam, too, wearing top designers such as Lie Sang Bong, Herve Leger, Jan Taminau, Larucci and Amorir by Kerin Rose.

This weekend, Live Nation will be making an exclusive announcement regarding a special September performance by Ben-Ari.

Miri Ben-Ari, a Grammy Award-Winning violinist/producer, originally from Israel, has created her own unique sound - a revolutionary fusion of classical style with jazz, R&B and hip-hop. She is recognized as a musical pioneer. A classically trained violinist, who once studied under the late classical master Isaac Stern, Ben-Ari has helped sell millions of records by collaborating with other Grammy award-winning artists such as Kanye West, Jay Z, Wyclef Jean, Alicia Keys, Wynton Marsalis, Britney Spears, Maroon 5, Patti Labelle, Brandy, Donna Summer, Janet Jackson and John Legend. Her single, "Symphony of Brotherhood," featuring the "I Have a Dream" speech by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., was the first instrumental single ever to hit on Billboard's R&B/Hip Hop charts, MTV and VH1.
