Los Angeles, CA – June 19, 2015
— Gritty, infectious and unapologetic rock band Badflower proves they are not to be reckoned with in their new song “Animal,” which
NYLON premiered today, PRESS HERE to listen. The track will appear on the band’s upcoming album preview that will also feature fan favorites “Soap” and “Heroin.”
The album preview will be available on iTunes on Tuesday.

Lead singer songwriter Josh Katz says this about the meaning behind the song: "When you're constantly being tortured by someone or something you love, the lines between compassion and resentment become blurred. ‘Animal’ is about obsession, particularly with
a vicious person. And sometimes the only way to describe how vicious a person can be is to take away the qualities that make them human."
Badflower recently premiered their official music video for their song “Soap” which made #4 on
Loudwire’s Battle Royale Video Countdown, Press Here to watch.

Hundred Handed (Coheed and Cambria, Nahko, Stars in Stereo, Golden Hippie) wanting to sign them immediately.

"There is that moment when you go to check out a band for the first time and you walk away thinking you have to be involved," says David Bason, President of Hundred Handed. "As soon as I saw Badflower live, I was all in."

Badflower is finishing their upcoming debut EP slated for release later this year and features their signature sound: snaky, psychedelic guitar riffs, often building to powerful rock rhythms over the course of a song.
