[TRIBE_SOCIET_DS_MIXTPE_FNL]New York-based alternative-rock band Tribe Society dropped their debut mixtape, Delirium Sonata, exclusively on Spotify via Lokal Legend (under Island Records) this week. The release is 30 minutes of seamless and continuous music, reminiscent of how Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon transitions from track to track. Delirium Sonata features two original songs including "Kings," a thunderous anthem about self-reinvention and pushing beyond established limits, as well as four covers including "Here Comes The Sun" by The Beatles and "Cleanin' Out My Closet" by Eminem (PRESS HERE<https://soundcloud.com/tribesociety/cleaning-out-my-closet-1> to listen).

Tribe Society pull from a massive array of influences ranging from psychedelic rock, to hip hop, to dreamy electronic pulses, creating a sonic experience unlike any other. Their connection and cooperative spirit is evident in their music. It's tight and distinctive, using an elaborate arsenal of production techniques and instruments, including the flute, which is pretty unconventional in rock music.

Tribe Society are Gavin McDevitt (lead vocalist), Rory Given (bass and guitar), Bradford Alderman (synthesizer and keys), Phil Boucher (drums), Seth Hachen (flute and synths).
