WHAT:                 Estelle will light the Empire State Building in red on Friday, February 13, at 2pm in a special ceremony to mark 100 couples marrying at the Empire State Building on Valentine’s Day and in celebration of 21 years of Valentine’s Day weddings at the world’s most romantic building.
