Treasure Island Music Festival was set to the ever-gorgeous, panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay, and proved itself once again to be one of the premier arts and culture extravaganzas in the area. TIMF 2014's diverse and dynamic lineup started off with Saturday's energetic, electronic-leaning schedule, featuring amazing sets by the likes of Zedd, Janelle Monáe, St. Lucia, Jungle, MØ, Classixx, Ryan Hemsworth, Ana Tijoux, XXYYXX. The night ended with an unparalleled set by headliners Outkast, who put on one of their best and most intimate festival performances at TIMF 2014, which will be one of their last for this year.
Day #2 of Treasure Island featured performances by some of the biggest names in indie rock today. Alt-J, who just released their highly acclaimed new album, revealed a new live show on Sunday night at their very first U.S. festival of the year. Sunday headliners Massive Attack came to TI for one of only three shows this year, and were joined by Tunde Adebimpe of TV On The Radio, who will release a new album this fall. The day also included performances by The New Pornographers, who performed songs off of their amazing new album Brill Bruisers; BANKS, whose set proved she most definitely is a Goddess, as her buzz-worthy debut album suggests; Chet Faker who drove the crowd wild with an incredible rendition of "No Diggity," and so much more from Washed Out, White Denim, Polica, The Growlers, and others.
As always, TIMF featured incredible front of house attractions and vendors featuring an eclectic mix of the best Bay Area crafters and designers, as well as stunning art installations, the popular Silent Frisco, and TIMF's legendary 60 ft. ferris wheel! New additions this year include The Grove, as well as the Bandwagon Stage for local SF-based artists.

Hope you had as much fun at Treasure Island Music Festival 2014 as we did - see you all in 2015!
