Today, The Wombats reveal their first song since 2011 entitled, "Your Body Is A Weapon," online on ArtistDirect.com in the US and NME.com in the UK. Zane Lowe of BBC Radio 1 also premiered the song as the Hottest Record in the World at 8pm GMT today. The song will be released via all digital partners worldwide tomorrow, October 2nd and via Bright Antenna Records in the US. "Your Body Is A Weapon" was produced by Eric Valentine (Queens of the Stone Age, Taking Back Sunday) at Barefoot Studios in Los Angeles.

The Wombats have spent the last year playing multiple festivals around the world, including packed performances during Coachella. After the release of "Your Body Is A Weapon," they will return to Los Angeles to record their new album, which will be their third following the critically-acclaimed The Wombats present...This Modern Glitch in 2011.
