The album debuted this past July at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 while the single had an impressive 12-week reign on theBillboard Hot 100. “Blurred Lines” also broke records by climbing to #1 on 5 radio charts simultaneously, the first time this has ever been done by an artist, and has currently sold over 10 million units and boasts the longest reign in history at #1 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart. *Song of the Year (Katy Perry- “Roar”)

Miley Cyrus), “Give It 2 U” (Robin Thicke feat. Kendrick Lamar), “Rock Me” (One Direction), “Bounce It” (Juicy J feat. Wale & Trey Songz), “Crazy Kids” (Kesha) and “Play It Again” (Becky G). He is also nominated in the Song of the Year category as a co-writer of Katy Perry’s hit single“Roar.” Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Luke has created a staggering 30 No. 1 songs in the past six years, won 10 ASCAP Awards, including Songwriter of the Year, in 2010, and a Top 10 spot on Billboard's Producers of the Decade.

PJ Morton received a nomination for:

*Best R&B Song (“Only One”)

Morton, was also nominated for Best Gospel Album for Best Days Yet - PJ wrote and produced four songs on the album – “The Promise,” “Go Through,” “Take My Hand” and “Things Are Changing.” A musical triple threat, PJ is a Young Money solo artist, the keyboardist in Maroon 5 and an award-winning producer/songwriter. The artist was previously recognized by the Recording Academy for his production and songwriting contribution to India Arie’s 2002 album Voyage to India, which won a Grammy for Best R&B Album. In May 2013, PJ's acclaimed major label debut New Orleans (which features Adam Levine and Busta Rhymes in addition to Wonder) hit #1 on iTunes R&B Albums Chart and Top 5 on the Billboard Heatseekers Chart.

Foxes received a nomination for:
*Best Dance Recording (“Clarity”)

[MTV24534]Foxes has received her first GRAMMY nomination for her vocal feature in Zedd's “Clarity” in the category of Best Dance Recording. “Clarity” is the multi-platinum single from Zedd's debut studio album Clarity, and Associated Press says, "the vocal features on 'Clarity' are among the best you'll hear in house this year." Foxes will release her debut full length album in 2014 on RCA Records.

Mark Ronson received a nomination for:
*Record of the Year (“Locked Out of Heaven”)

[Mark Ronson]Mark Ronson has been nominated in the Record of the Year category for his work as a producer, engineer and mixer on Bruno Mars’ song “Locked Out of Heaven.” Ronson has been in the spotlight as a producer and musician over the last decade, and has received GRAMMY awards for his work on Back to Black and “Rehab” with Amy Winehouse, and was bestowed the honor of Producer of the Year, all in 2008.

Mayer Hawthorne received a nomination for:
*Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package

[Mayer Hawthorne]Multi-instrumentalist/singer/songwriter and producer Mayer Hawthorne has been nominated in the Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package category for his collection How Do You Do (Limited Edition Set), which was released in January 2013. This year, Mayer released his third studio album Where Does This Door Go, which was lauded as one of his best collections yet. He worked on the album with a coterie of producers, including Pharrell Williams, who has been nominated in the Producer of the Year category this year for a number of songs, including Mayer Hawthorne’s “Reach Out Richard” and “The Stars Are Ours.”
