<i>Wise Up Ghost,</i> which is due out <b>September 17<sup>th</sup> </b>on <b>Blue Note Records</b>, was first revealed by
<b>?uestlove</b> as an aside during an interview with <b><i>Billboard </i></b>Magazine in January. Most of the sessions for
<i>Wise Up Ghost</i> took place in secret at <span style="color:black">Feliz Habitat Studios in</span> the dead of night, while others were in plain sight at Costello’s Hookery Crookery Studios. The collection promises to be one of the most unexpected and surprising
releases of 2013 with Elvis describing it as “a cauldron full of powders and potions, frogs and fingers.” and Ahmir calling it “</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt">a moody, brooding affair, cathartic rhythms and dissonant lullabies.”</span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<b>Allen Ginsberg</b>, published in 1956. The genesis of this idea began with Blue Note Records president
<b>Don Was</b> who saw the connection between Costello’s lyrics and the presentation of the poetry of
<b>Ginsberg</b>, <b>Ferlinghetti</b> and <b>Corso</b> by City Lights who graciously supported the use of their celebrated design.
