Condola and the Stoop Kids, the alternative rock band that was formed last November by Condola Rashad, will perform at Pianos on January 20th to celebrate the release of their debut album The Letter 9 (out 1/21). With the help of producer MachoPsycho and musical/stylistic influences from No Doubt, India Arie, and Lauryn Hill, Condola realized her vision for the band and began to recruit members that would help this vision come alive. The group features Scott Ferreira on guitar, Peter Rodriguez on bass, Matt Riggs on keys, Jake Boulay on drums and Kristina Nicole Miller, Vanjah Boikai and Injoy Fountain as the Stoop Kids.
