The video finds Lena in the honest light that is portrayed through her live performance, and blends beautiful frames with no particular narrative. According to Lena, the idea that “Everybody’s In” is about feeling alone and on the fringe, and not being afraid of one’s identity or character flaws.



Lena is a Los Angeles native, and has been performing since her early teen years. At only 18-years old, her talent goes far beyond her years, and she sings and writes with a genuine spirit and a fresh voice. There is a dark yet ethereal quality to her songwriting that experiments with different instrumentation. She is quiet and delicate, yet sings from a place of determination and fearlessness. From R&B to electro-pop to stark acoustic ballads, Lena has a singular voice.



Over the last few years she has amassed millions of video views on YouTube, won multiple songwriting awards, and was named an ‘Artist to Watch’ by Rolling Stone in 2014. “Everybody’s In” is off her first full-length, OKO, which she self-released in 2014 and has over 2 million plays on Spotify. The collection includes the song “I Am Not A Man,” which accumulated over 672k views on Vevo and 690k streams on Spotify and “Everybody’s In,” which now has close to 1 million streams on Spotify. No small feat for an artist doing things on their own. On OKO, Lena was fortunate to work with a variety of eclectic collaborators from the Dirty projectors’ Olga Bell, to Bon Iver’s multi/instrumentalist Reggie Pace and acclaimed solo artist Matthew E. White.



Lena has been in the studio working on new material with producer Daniel Heath (Lana Del Rey) and Noah Georgeson (Joanna Newsom, Devendra Banhart) for a forthcoming EP release this Spring. This March, Lena Fayre will be making her debut performance in Austin, TX at SXSW.
