Twisifiication, which will be dropping next Tuesday, January 8th via Ooh La La Records, showcases the Brooklyn duo's indie-pop sound that RCRD LBL says is, "... great for fans of The Killers and Walk The Moon."



Twistification, which was produced by Mike Beck, seamlessly rounds out writer, singer, guitarist, and co-producer Eric James and drummer Mason Ingram's shimmering pop melodies with a mixture of rock and roll elements. James' original concept for the album was to create a "soundtrack for the urban lifestyle" - setting their pop sound against real life experiences in NYC.

"Musicians hold to this idea that people still listen to albums, even though they probably don't anymore," James says.  "But there's something beautiful about that ideal, and it drives me as a songwriter.  I believe the album has a beginning, middle, and an end.  There's a natural arc of tension, chaos and finally release."

As previously announced, the band has a January 2013 residency happening at New York City's Rockwood Music Hall Stage Two. Residency dates listed below.
