The critically lauded, and soulful, one-man-band sensation Bernhoft<http://www.bernhoft.org/> has announced his North American summer tour, which will surround the Norwegian singer's debut performance at the 2013 Bonnaroo Music & Art Festival. The tour will kick-off on Wednesday, June 5th in Toronto, Canada, and will take him from coast to coast for upcoming, and anticipated sold-out, shows in Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angles, and more! Bernhoft's tour announcement comes on the heels of last month's select sold-out shows in New York City and Los Angeles, plus the respected multi-instrumentalist received standing ovations at each of his showcases during the 2013 SXSW Music Festival. His mind-blowing ability to loop live on stage consists of layering guitar riffs, piano chords, beat boxing, and stunning vocals to create a full band sound with a tasteful mix of R&B, indie-rock and pop elements.

The Guardian writes, "What he did with those few tools was quite extraordinary. Using them, and via a process of instant recording, looping and layering, he was able to create the sound of a full band - including all the instrumental parts plus backing singers on rich harmonies - and it was all just him."
