Conor Oberst Announces Additional Solo Dates; Desaparecidos To Play LA’s FYF Fest 2012!

Conor Oberst has added four live dates to his 2012 solo tour schedule.  In addition to several already sold  out dates this summer, Oberst will be playing at Capitol Theater in Madison, WI and Bass Concert Hall in Austin in September.  He will also be making stops in Philadelphia at the Kimmel Center on November 18th and Boston’s Converse Hall at 88 Tremont St on December 6th.  Visit http://www.conoroberst.com for more information.
These newly announced dates follow the eagerly awaited tour with Desaparecidos, who haven’t toured together since 2002.  Desaparecidos have confirmed their appearance at this year’s FYF Fest on September 2nd in addition to a stop in Chico on August 28th.
Desaparecidos return with their original line up that includes Conor Oberst (vocals, guitar) Landon Hedges (bass guitar, vocals), Matt Baum (drums), Denver Dalley - (guitar) and Ian McElroy (keyboards). The band formed in 2001 and released one album: 2002’s critically lauded Read Music/Speak Spanish.
