Ms. Lauryn Hill Announces Additional Dates For Her 'Moving Target: Extended Intimate Playdate Series'

MS. LAURYN HILL ADDS 12 ADDITIONAL DATES TO HER 

MOVING TARGET: EXTENDED INTIMATE PLAYDATE SERIES

 

SPECIAL BOB MARLEY AND THE WAILERS TRIBUTE 

PERFORMANCES IN SELECT CITIES

 

 

 The legendary GRAMMY Award winning MC, vocalist, producer and songwriter, Ms. Lauryn Hill has added 12 additional shows to her Moving Target: Extended Intimate Playdate Series. Hitting cities across the country, the dates will include sets at this year's Coachella Music and Arts Festival on April 15th and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival on May 7th (full routing below). Opening for Ms. Hill on all shows are the New Orleans based Hot 8 Brass Band.

 

In addition, Ms. Hill will be performing a special set of encore shows featuring classic Bob Marley and The Wailers material in select cities. The first of these encore performances took place on April 5th, at Hard Rock Café in Waikiki, 2 days after her show at the Waterfront at Aloha Tower in Honolulu, HI. Two more encore shows have been confirmed to the run so far. Follow @MsHillMvgnTrgt on Twitter for updates on added encore performances. Fans who attend these encore shows will also be treated to a condensed set from Ms. Hill's Moving Target series, which already features an innovative set list of her classic material, evolved but faithful to the rigor, soulfulness and power of the original music from the iconic and groundbreaking solo album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, as well as classic Fugee numbers.
