It's been two decades since Grammy-winning duo the Indigo Girls launched

Strange Fire. Now, Emily Saliers and Amy Ray have come full circle with
the independent release of their new 2-CD album, Poseidon And The Bitter
Bug, on their new imprint IG Recordings/Vanguard Records. The album
reunites the Girls with veteran producer/arranger Mitchell Froom (Elvis
Costello, Los Lobos) and is the work of career artists at the top of
their artistic game, invigorated to be doing what they love best. With
these two discs, one acoustic and one featuring a full band, the Girls
give listeners an intimate look at their songwriting process and affirm
their position not only as musical icons but as artists who continue to

The eagerly-awaited Pray IV Reign, Jim Jones' major label album debut on
Columbia Records, will be available in stores and online on Tuesday,
March 24. The first single from Pray IV Reign, "Pop Champagne" by Jim
Jones and Ron Browz (featuring Juelz Santana), spent two weeks as
America's #1 urban single. Building on the buzz with this album, he is
also starring in the Hip-Hop Monologues: Inside the Life and Mind of
Jim Jones, an off-Broadway play set to the new album which opens tonight
at the 37 Arts Theater.=20
