This weekend! Gruff Rhys Film Screening + TWO shows!

This weekend Gruff Rhys is bringing his American Interior multi-media project to Brooklyn! The Super Furry Animals’ frontman released his album American Interior this Tuesday and will perform at Baby’s All Right on Saturday, November 8th.  The special performance will feature music + visual story-telling as Gruff takes fans on a musical journey describing his 2012 "investigative concert tour," which retraced the steps of his distant relative, John Evans – the 18th century Welsh explorer.

Videology<http://www.videology.info/blog/events/brooklynvegan-presents-gruff-rhys-american-interior-nyc-premiere/> will host the NYC premiere of the American Interior documentary film on Saturday. Gruff will introduce the film, which will begin at 5pm.

Gruff captures the tale of Evans’ journey by using film, written word, photo-story, social media and song to create a documentary road movie, book and album. Let me know if you would like to check out any of the events below!
