A new band for the new year! New York City-based rock 'n roll band Public Access T.V. are performing at Niagara in the East Village on January 30th. It's early days for the Lower East Side denizens but their energy has already extended across the pond where NME picked them as the "Hottest New Band" in their new year issue and BBC Radio 1 DJs Phil & Alice played their demo track "Monaco" on their show yesterday.
