Hybird is thrilled to receive continued support from the city and in particular, the Chelsea neighborhood community in the opening weeks. ?uestlove will DJ from 11am to noon and music will continue with DJ PHSH from 12pm to 5pm. The full $2 menu will be available from 10am to 9pm.

Hybird is a restaurant venture between Ahmir "?uestlove" Thompson and renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr. The gourmet fast food eatery gets its name from a play on the word "hybrid" and features a post-modern food truck-like façade designed by NY based Award Winning Architect, Lindy Roy.
