The talented pair have also added a Hoboken, NJ show to their early touring plans. Adam & Binki's bi-coastal friendship began as an acquaintance with a mutual appreciation for each other’s music and soon turned serious when an idea was sparked to collaborate on an album of original duets.

Adam Green & Binki Shapiro is deceptively pretty, filled with the echo of late-sixties folk-pop and an easygoing rapport between two captivating singers. These songs have twists and turns that reveal more with repeat listens, as their protagonists unfurl relationship tales with bittersweet recall.

Adam Green first came to prominence as one-half Grammy-winning Moldy Peaches before embarking on a successful and prolific solo career. Recent months have seen him add ‘filmmaker’ and ‘visual artist’ to his list of accomplishments. Binki Shapiro was one-third of Little Joy, the Brazilian-accented Los Angeles trio formed with Fabrizio Moretti and RodrigoAmarante that enchanted listeners with its critically acclaimed 2008 album. She also collaborated with Beck, MGMT, Devendra Banhart, and Wolfmother to cover Songs of Leonard Cohen for Beck’s Record Club in 2009.
