ARCTIC MONKEYS * Thursday March 22nd @ Madison Square Garden - Doors @7pm, Arctic Monkeys @ 8pm
Arctic Monkeys are returning to NYC for their second sold out show at Madison Square Garden with The Black Keys. The British band first found international attention in 2006 when, at the age of 19, they released the fastest selling debut album in British history: Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not.  It sold a record 360,000 copies in its first week of release in the UK. The album was a stateside hit too, reaching #24 on the Billboard Charts and spawning a huge radio hit in "I Bet That You Look Good On The Dancefloor". With a string of highly acclaimed album since then it's with Suck It And See (recorded in Los Angeles last year) that the band have won over the American critics - including landing on the cover of Spin Magazine's "Success" issue and performing on the Tonight Show<http://consequenceofsound.net/2011/09/video-arctic-monkeys-sing-leno-the-reckless-serenade/>.

MOON TAXI * Saturday, March 24th @ Brooklyn Bowl - 8pm
Nashville's Moon Taxi are back in NYC for a show at Brooklyn Bowl this Saturday, March 24th. The 5-piece will take the stage at 8pm. This is their first New York City show since announcing that they are confirmed to play Bonnaroo 2012. Moon Taxi recently released their new album, Cabaret, to rave reviews from critics and fans alike. Produced by the band's own Spencer Thomson, guest-produced by Hank Sullivant, mixed by GRAMMY award winning sound engineer Vance Powell (Raconteurs), and recorded at Alex The Great in Nashville, Cabaret weaves the magnetic energy of Moon Taxi's live show with musical ingenuity and thoughtful lyrics.

MINATURE TIGERS + GEOGRAPHER * Sunday, March 25th on THE MODERN ART TOUR @ Bowery Ballroom - Doors @ 6:30pm
THE MODERN ART TOUR, presented by Modern Art Records and Consequence Of Sound, will hit Bowery Ballroom on Sunday, March 25th featuring headliners Miniature Tigers and Geographer, plus thrilling performances from labelmates The Chain Gang of 1974, Pretty & Nice, and SPEAK. The tour comes on the heels of the release of Miniature Tigers' brilliant abstract-pop record, Mia Pharaoh, and Geographer's stunning record, MYTH. Mia Pharaoh, which Huffington Post describes as, "... game-changing," highlights a musical departure from Miniature Tigers' last two successful records. Meanwhile, Spin.com describes Geographer as, "[One of the] undiscovered bands you need to hear now!"  The San Francisco trio's new record, MYTH, has garnered praise from PasteMagazine, San Francisco Chronicle, MTV Hive and more.
