Deep Cotton - Chuck Lightning and Nate "Rocket" Wonder - will hit the road this Fall playing select shows in Washington DC, Los Angeles, and their hometown of Atlanta, GA (full info below). The duo released their first EP entitled Runaway Radio on September 25th, 2013 as a free download. According to the band, the suite is the world's very first "Fixtape," meaning it's a jamming musical experience, available for free download online and designed to "fix" the ills of the world through the peaceful and electrifying power of music. The October 8th hometown show, marks the first time Deep Cotton will be performing material off of their debut EP. The Grammy-nominated duo has certainly made their mark in the Atlanta music scene -they co-founded an arts collective based in Atlanta called the Wondaland Arts Society<http://www.wondaland.com/>  with their illustrious partner in crime, Janelle Monáe, and co-wrote and produced Monáe's critically-acclaimed albums The ArchAndroid, which garnered them the Grammy nomination, as well as her newest album The Electric Lady.
