Hello,
Press Here has two awesome shows coming up in LA - please let us know if you would like to check them out!
MILOW * October 10th @ Hotel Café - 9pm PST
[milow-beach-facing-lr.JPG]Belgian singer-songwriter and European sensation Milow will be playing a special headlining show at Hotel Café October 10th at 9pm PST. Earlier, this year Milow released his Born In The Eighties EP, his first Stateside release. A brand new live video for single "You Don't Know" just premiered on Paste - PRESS HERE<http://www.pastemagazine.com/blogs/av/2012/10/video-premiere-milow---you-dont-know.html> to watch it. One of Europe's most exciting break-out artists over the past five years, Milow's music gleams with the inherited songcraft of his musical heroes-Ryan Adams, Bruce Springsteen, Jack Johnson-but also reflects a point of view and impressive talent all his own. In Europe he's enjoyed multiple #1s with gold and platinum status and racked up a slew of music awards. His eye-popping video<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DE9IchvpOPk> for "Ayo Technology" (his slow-burning take on the 50 Cent hit) has amassed more than 65 million YouTube views. The song stayed on the charts for 26 weeks in 14 different countries, reaching #1 in several of them. Earlier this year he made his U.S. television debut on NBC's Last Call with Carson Daly - watch it here<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14tecTPP6fw>. Milow has shared the stage with Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, Brett Dennen and Paolo Nutini. Praise for Milow:
"...catchy melodies, poppy arrangements, and a friendly, slightly strained voice. Milow has a strong pop sensibility despite his music's poppiness, Milow has a self-conscious awareness of his career and music that remains firmly grounded in his own artistic integrity. He jokes about American superstardom, but it could very well be the future for Milow." - Consequence of Sound
"Milow has emerged as one of Europe's most exciting artists over the past few years. This is a solid effort from Milow who presents his talent as a great balladeer with a soft/rock edge." - Zink
"...as big as the Pope across the pond." - Artist Direct
