Brothers and band-mates Mikaiah Lei (lead vocal, guitar, bass), 20, and Anaiah Lei (drums & percussions, backing vocal), having experienced  two Vans Warped Tours, two Afro-Punk Festival Tours, The African Express Tour and countless European festivals, and now are rocking-ready for their debut full-length release with FADER Label in early 2014.
Their first single off their new EP Sincerely Sorry , "5.17," premiered on Noisey.com, who noted: "The Bots are two rad-ass brothers . . . who rock the f**k out and are reportedly friends with HR from Bad Brains. Judging from what we've heard from them, we've got high hopes for these kids, because they make more noise than God and their newest track "5.17" has hooks for days."

Simultaneously "tough and melodic, punk 'n' blues" (Rolling Stone), The Bots style has caught the attention of critics and fellow musicians alike, including Bad Brains, Social Distortion, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Refused, Tenacious D and Against Me, to name a few. Damon Albarn says they are his "current favourite band," adding, "The Bots are the only people I know who can skateboard on a train."
