Kita has also written an original song for the upcoming independent movie Lost in Austin for director Will Raee. The three-track EP features remixes of her current single “Running Circles,” by M.I.S. (Mexican Institute of Sound) and Bostich (Nortec Collective) as well as a remix of "Wound Up" by XRayTheBaby (from the band Kinky). The release comes hot on the heels of huge YouTube success for her video "Running Circles<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ox4z6WRJNWc>" and her first single "The Enemy<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZrOlgK5yfM>” which have each accrued over a million views.



The chanteuse's reputation has steadily grown over the last twelve months thanks in part to the videos, and a series of well received shows last fall at Hollywood's famed "Hotel Cafe" culminating in an appearance at Filter Magazine's "Culture Collide".
