"Travel With Me" is the first song from the band's new single collection - a limited edition 7" that will be released on February 18th, 2014 via B3SCI Records.
Recorded in Silverlake/Los Angeles, this AA-side single project is not only the band's first release on vinyl, but it serves as a next frontier for the grand landscape of their ideas and sound that reveals an edgier, ambitious vision of their work. Known for mixing world music, punk and hip-hop elements to electronic music, Misun worked with Mad Decent hitmaker Derek Allen to co-produce the new songs.
Misun - who is comprised of vocalist and namesake Misun Wojcik, bassist William Devon, guitarist and producer Nacey and drummer Jon Jester - released their debut EP The Sea in the Summer of 2012 and sustained a chord of excitement throughout the tastemaker blogosphere and radio, with early champions including: Pitchfork, Pigeons and Planes, KCRW, NPR, The FADER, This Is Fake DIY, Stereogum, plus numerous #1 hits on the influential Hype Machine.
