Tuesday, February 18th 2014 – Swedish DJ duo Rebecca & Fiona are excited to announce the release of their sophomore studio album Beauty Is Pain due out April 29th (Ultra Music). Additionally, Rebecca & Fiona will be hitting the road in support of Beauty Is Pain including performances at SXSW and the Main Stage at Ultra Music Festival! Rebecca & Fiona have toured nonstop over the last few years, performing for audiences at festivals across the world including EDC Las Vegas/New York/Chicago, Tomorrowland, Beyond Wonderland and Escape From Wonderland. The follow-up to 2011’s I Love You, Man, Beauty Is Pain reveals a continuation in Rebecca & Fiona’s friendship and an evolution in their music. The duo collaborated with several other producers and co-writers during the process, including Kurt Uenala, Adrian Lux, Simon Yemane, The Loops Of Fury, Panda Da Panda, Duvchi and Cristian Dinamarca. Swedish producer Carli was deeply involved in the process and helped mix the final product.

Rebecca Scheja and Fiona Fitzpatrick released their first single “Luminary Ones” in 2010, which quickly became one of the most played songs on Swedish radio. The duo released their debut full-length, certified gold in Sweden, I Love You, Man! in 2011 featuring their double platinum selling single “Bullets” and smash single “Jane Doe.” With a hit collaboration under their belt, “Turn It Down” with DJ superstar Kaskade, a 2012 Swedish Grammy win for Best/Electronic Dance album, syncs with Google and Gossip Girl, and a residency at the legendary SPACE club in Ibiza, the girls are breaking ground and are set to take 2014 by storm.
