DELL AND INTEL PRESENT NOISEY.COM
SECOND SPECIAL ENGAGEMENT:
AN INTERACTIVE CONCERT WITH HOLY GHOST!
Holy Ghost! Kicks Off Their Next Tour At Berlin's Museum For Communication
For Dell And Intel's Special Engagement Concert Series On Noisey.com

BERLIN, GERMANY (October 11, 2011)-Today Dell and Intel, along with VICE Media's own Noisey.com<http://www.noisey.com/>, is announcing the second event for Special Engagement, a new global concert series where fans control the show. For this second Special Engagement, U.S. dance duo Holy Ghost! will perform for the first time at the breathtaking Museum For Communication in Berlin, Germany on October 24th for a live-streaming across the globe at 10 p.m. CET on Noisey.com.

The Special Engagements series is a new initiative from Dell and Intel, grounded in a technology-driven audience experience, which gives fans the power to collaborate with the performing artist before and during the show, and aims to bring audiences and bands closer than ever before. Through social media feeds, performing artists will invite fans to command aspects of the show, from music and instrument selection, to remaking a music video and constructing lighting design concepts. The Special Engagement concert series aims to transform the global audience from mere spectators to allowing each viewer to have their own personal, interactive experience with the artists.

Attending fans for this engagement will be able to determine which songs Holy Ghost! will perform, submit personal photos to remake the duo's music video for "Hold My Breath," and help choose the set's stage lighting. Plus, the band can only travel with one electric piano, either their Rhodes or Wuelitzer; therefore, they are asking fans to help them choose what instrument the take to Berlin. Fans can tune into www.noisey.com/specialengagements<http://www.noisey.com/SpecialEngagements> to check out the Special Engagement Berlin announcement video, learn how to attend and more.

The Dell, Intel and Noisey Special Engagement series kicked off on August 20th in Austin, Texas with Brooklyn-based urban pop sensation Theophilus London and host Telli from Ninjasonik. Following the Holy Ghost! Berlin Special Engagement, the series will travel to China, the U.K. and France before returning to the U.S.
As the premiere artist for the Special Engagement's first European concert Holy Ghost! said, "We're really excited to work with Noisey on this special series in such a cool, unusual venue. This is our first opportunity to let the people who have been following us dictate what we actually do onstage. It'll be cool to see how it turns out."

"Dell consumer solutions provide the ultimate in self-expression, and through our relationship with Noisey, helps music lovers connect with their favorite artists and discover new ones," said Aongus Hegarty, Vice President and General Manager of Dell's Consumer, Small and Medium Business unit for EMEA.

"We are thrilled to see the Noisey platform further invite audience participation in the performances by artists worldwide," said Director, OEM Co-Marketing Valerie Wilkinson of Intel. "The Special Engagement series is one more way Intel, Dell and Vice are innovating for the music community through technology that is both unique and captivating."

Eddy Moretti, executive creative director of VICE said, "Live music is magical. These artists, musicians, that pour their hearts and souls into their work, these people are magical. And beautiful. And very, very special. That's why we at Dell, Intel and Vice created Noisey. And that's why we created this revolutionary new live music show, 'Special Engagements.' We want to bring people closer to the wonder of the live music experience. It is wondrous. Long live rock and roll and all the other genres too."
